We do take every possible care to grow healthy plants and send these out the variety as labeled. We are very careful with packing and handling our plants, however it is the responsibility of the purchaser to promptly unpack, plant and care for the plants appropriately once they arrive. Please read cultivation notes for each variety carefully, as Woodbridge Nursery will not be held accountable for the care of plants once they leave our premises.
We will email you with our newsletters only if you consent. We use the Commonwealth Bank to process your payments, and do not store your credit card details ourselves. We have taken care to keep the details that our customers have provided us (address, phone etc) secure and protected.
We will dispatch your plant order as soon as possible. Please note the plants are individually wrapped to ensure safety in trasit and this takes time. During busy periods, orders can take up to 4 weeks to process, so please notify us of any dates we need to take into account when sending your plants.
Refunds & Returns
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for plants purchased at Woodbridge Nursery. We will refund the purchaser the overpaid amount, in the unlikely event of overpayment during the ordering process.
