Mail Order

When ordering by MAIL:

• Woodbridge Nursery mail order is available from April to 30th September each year. We find that this is the best time to freight perennials as they are dormant in the winter. As our catalogue is updated annually, please make sure you are ordering from a current list.

• If any varieties are sold out we will issue you with a refund cheque , or if paying by credit card, we will only charge you for what you have received.

• We are a small nursery and orders take at least 4 weeks to process, sometimes longer in the first few months of the season, so please order early to avoid missing out on special items. Mail orders are processed in the order we receive them ; we work on a “first in first served” basis until each line is sold out. We assure you that it’s worth the wait and we appreciate your patience!

• Please list substitutes where possible. Occasionally we will do a second round of propagation for sold out items, so keep an eye on the website for what is in stock.

• Please advise us on your order form if you are planning to be away at any time, so we can take this into account when processing your order. Alternatively email us your dates.

• The plants are posted bare-rooted, wrapped in sphagnum, and will need to be planted or potted up immediately upon arrival, watering them in well. Mulching is a good idea to retain moisture and reduce weeds.

To mail order from the A-Z catalogue, simply download our Mail-order Form eiter for Adobe PDF or MS Word and print it. Upon ordering, all our customers join our mailing list and automatically receive a new catalogue each season. You can also download the entire 2004 Catalogue With pictures or No pictures for later reference.
