Firey brilliant orange flowers and pleasantly fragrant foliage. Useful amongst salvias and mid-height perennials in sun. Bird and butterfly attracting.
Large salmon-pink flowers with blackish-purple spotting. A vigorous free flowering variety which complements roses and paeonies.
A great filler in the perennial border with large blue flowers. A cross between G. collinum and G. clarkei 'Kashmir Purple' the leaves are very finely divided and often tint yellow when young. A vigorous, freely increasing plant.
Easily grown in sun or part shade, the "Lady"s Mantle" is a lovely old fashioned plant for between roses, or for the herbaceous border. Cut back lightly after flowering to promote new foliage.

An herbaceous Phlomis with large heart-shaped leaves eventually forming a large clump 1 metre across. Whorls of lemon yellow flowers on thick upright stems during summer followed by attractive seed heads. Very tough once established.
